What is the procedure in case of return of one of my articles?

You have received your order and you are not satisfied for any reason. You have 14 days to inform us and 30 days to return items that do not suit you.

The return is at your expense (1) and at the following address:

Items returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
For infant milks, the article should not have been opened.
For washable diapers, it is advisable to wash and test a single coat before starting the others. If the layer does not fit (for a size, cut, etc.), we could replace or refund the unused items, minus the value of a single layer.
In the case of a damaged or defective item upon receipt of the order (or of an article sent in error), please contact us before sending it back to us by email or at +33 (0)

Return process: ·

You send an explanatory email to the customer service stating :

Your name and customer number
Your full address and phone number
A description of each product returned with the reason of return

You receive by email the procedure to effect the return and confirmation to proceed to the next step. You drop your package in a POST or MONDIAL RELAY Point. If returned another way, it is essential to return it against signature, with a "Track & Trace" system. Return costs are still dependent on you (1)
(1) The reason for the return is a mistake of BiOdidoo, we will refund the cost of return to the customer to a maximum of: ·

France : 7 €
Netherlands - Luxembourg : 6 €
Germany : 6 € ·
Belgium : 5 € ·
Other countries : 20 €
